  • Your individual case is studied in detail - your current diet, eating pattern, preferred food and lifestyle, health challenges, and health goals.

  • Through a video call, our experts discuss at length with you and provide you personalized diet guidelines to be followed.

  • You are added to our participants' online group where you can get to know fellow participants, share your experiences, and ask questions you may have.

  • Five days a week (M-F) you are provided one-hour yoga and meditation sessions for body and mind relaxation.

  • Your progress is reviewed regularly to ensure you are on track and are able to follow your diet guidelines. If needed, changes are suggested to provide you maximum benefits of the program and address any challenges you may be facing.

  • Our experts are always accessible to address any questions you might have during the program.
